calendar event booking app "Voxbi.Me". By creating an account or using the App, you agree to
comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you
must not use the App.

jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement

5. Calendar Integration
By connecting your personal or professional calendar to the App, you authorize us to access and use
your calendar data for the purpose of providing our services, including displaying your availability
and scheduling events. You are responsible for ensuring that your connected calendars are accurate
and up to date.
6. Personal Online Page
The App allows you to create a personal online page that others can use to book meetings with you.
You are responsible for the content and information you choose to share on your personal page. You
may not use your personal page for any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities
7. Fees and Payments
Certain features of the App may be offered for a fee. If you choose to use paid features, you agree to
pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless
otherwise stated. We may change the pricing of our services at any time, but we will notify you ofany such
changes in advance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics,
logos, and trademarks, are the property of Voxbi.me or our licensors and are protected
by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App
without our express written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any
reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to
use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete or destroy any copies of materials obtained
from the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either
express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To
the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxbi.me and its affiliates, officers, directors,
employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to
your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voxbi.me and its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and
expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use
of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related
to these Terms or your use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Luxembourg.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by
posting the new Terms on the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued
use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
